Organized in 2001, the goal of this organization is to help
those in the "green" industry cope with a rapidly changing business
environment and increase the professionalism of its members.
Recruiting efforts will emphasize Alexander, Burke, Caldwell and
Catawba counties. However, anyone involved in the horticultural
community is invited to join.
Potential members include landscape contractors, landscape
maintenance companies, plant and related vendors, landscape
designers, nurserymen and other interested landscape professionals.
Education is a primary focus with quarterly programs offered the
last Tuesday of January, May, August, and November. (Schedule
subject to change depending on speaker availability)
