In this four day intensive course you will learn how to go from growing for your friends and family to growing to sell at market. Our classroom will be in the field, where we will grow four different crops, cover pest, weed and disease control, try out new tools, go over the basics of record keeping and doing a crop enterprise budget, learn harvesting and post harvest techniques and much more.
