We will provide training and an overview of the basics of strawberry plasticulture in North Carolina and the Southeast especially.

7–7:10 p.m.: Introduction of Panelists

7:10–7:50 p.m.: Overview of Strawberry production cycle and pre-plant considerations (Mark Hoffmann and Alan Straw)

7:50–8:30 p.m.: From freeze to harvest: the second half of the strawberry production cycle (Mark Hoffmann and Alan Straw)

8:30–9 p.m.: Question and Answer Panel: Please feel free to speak your mind and come prepared with questions.
