Electric SPIN Club
Youth in It’s Electric 4-H Club are learning basics of electricity while working through the Magic of Electric project book, with hands-on electrifying activities. In 2018, members completed Level 1 Electric Project Book and in 2019 they will continue with Level 2. Members will turn in their completed project book for a chance to win a FREE trip to 4-H Electric Congress. Learn more about Electric Congress and other state level 4-H electric program opportunities.
The club meets the 2nd Thursday of the month from 4:30-6:00 p.m. at the Agricultural Resource Center. New members are welcome and may join at any time during the year. The club is recommended for those 9 and older. Members are encouraged to purchase the 4-H Electric Project book to use through the year, which is available at the Cooperative Extension office.
The club leaders are Sue and Kat Stuplin. Kat is 18 years old and has earned top state awards for her Electric project work. She is now leading the club to help others learn about this fascinating STEM topic.
