Collapse ▲The Catawba County Youth Council is a Commissioner appointed leadership and citizenship group for high school age students. Three to four students are selected as a representative from each public school, as well as private and home schools. The Council meets monthly and expects representatives to attend as often as possible. These meetings are for educational programs and activities that allow youth to learn about local issues and develop their leadership skills.
